Control Policy reports

To view the reports based on control policies provided by DatSecurity Plus' Cloud Protection module, follow these steps:

  • Select Cloud Protection from the modules drop-down menu.
  • Navigate to Reports > Control Policies.
  • Here, you can choose to view reports on control policy breaches, the actors responsible, and other default reports.
  • Select the time range you want to report on using the Period drop-down.

Each report under the Control Policies category provides different details on the type of requests made. These include:

Policy Violations

This report lists all events that breach the configured control policies, including URL Filtering, File Upload Control, and Login Control, along with key details like domain, actor, time, and URL.

Top Actors Violating Policies

This report lists the actors who have violated the highest number of control policies.

Note: To review the configuration options for these control policies, head over to the individual pages for URL Filtering, File Upload Control, and Login Control.
