Creating classification profiles

  • Select Risk Analysis from the drop-down. Go to Configuration > Discovery Policy Config > Classification Profile.
  • Click Add Profile in the upper-right corner.
  • Add the Profile Name and Description.
  • Click the Classification Label drop-down. Click Add New Label.
  • Enter a Label Name and click Select.
  • Note: DataSecurity Plus uses a hierarchical labelling system to indicate parent and child sub classifications, for instance South zone/Employee data. Both the parent and child labels will be displayed in the reports.

  • Under Criteria, define the conditions to be satisfied for the label to be applied.
  • Click Save to implement classification labels. The labels will now be visible in Risk Analysis Reports.
  • Note: View the classification label in the custom attributes of a file. To view the classification label of a file, open the desired file > Properties > Custom Properties.

    Note: Currently supported formats include .doc, .docx, .pdf, .xls, and .xlsx.
